We are excited to announce that work has commenced on renovations in our on-site café.
Brite’s new café will boast barista made coffee, on-site made fresh foods and new healthy options, accessible height benchtops and facilities, and much more.
The café will become a “hub” at Brite, and will be open to the public in the near future.
Besides having awesome coffee - the café will add an additional vocational pathway for our people. Lead by our own Chef and Trainer, Sharon Spencer, our employees will have the opportunity to undertake training and employment in a real hospitality environment.
Those working in the café will get the opportunity to practice the full range of hospitality work from preparing and cooking food, making coffee, serving customers, through to ordering stock and maintaining the menu.
Estimated completion late 2019 however we should be semi-operational for our AGM!
