Brite has partnered with DES (now incorporating CyraChrome), pioneers in the software RIP/colour management, digital inkjet based contract proofing and remote hard copy and soft proofing.
Brite has invested heavily to become Australia's first large format printer to achieve an end to end colour management implementation providing a fully integrated solution internationally recognised as the proofing standard in major agencies, publishers and printers. The core module is Oris Colour Tuner - the industry leading contract proofing system and the first of its kind to be certified by SWOP, FOGRA, 3DAP and PPA.
All print platforms, digital and screen, have been fingerprinted to compile a library of colour profiles, International Colour Consortium (ICC). This enables cross platform colour management and reduces time to press. The solution incorporates ORIS Hotfolder Manager; a comprehensive, server based job processing system, maintaining shared hotfolders that receive and process proofing jobs according to the exact colour matching needs of the printing process (colour space) and press condition. Pre flight - ICC based colour management - then reads, processes and outputs all major digital file formats used in 'graphic arts'.
